Begun and held in Metro Manila, on Monday, the twenty-fifth day of July, two thousand five.

REPUBLIC ACT No. 9348; August 4, 2006

AN ACT CONVERTING THE CITY ROAD CONNECTING BARANGAYS STA. FELOMINA, BONBONON, DIGKILAAN AND ROGONGON IN THE CITY OF ILIGAN TO THE MUNICIPALITY OF TALAKAG, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON INTO A NATIONAL ROAD

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

SECTION 1. The city road connecting barangays Sta. Felomina, Bonbonon, Digkilaan and Rogongon in the City of Iligan to the Municipality of Talakag, Province of Bukidnon, consisting of 67 kilometers, more or less, is hereby converted into a national road.

SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on May 29, 2006 and April 3, 2006, respectively.
