AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF LAVEZARES AGRICULTURAL AND INDUSTRIAL SCHOOL, MUNICIPALITY OF LAVEZARES, PROVINCE OF NORTHERN SAMAR TO BASILIO B. CHAN MEMORIAL AGRICULTURAL AND INDUSTRIAL SCHOOL

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The name of Lavezares Agricultural and Industrial School in the Municipality of Lavezares, Province of Northern Samar is hereby changed to Basilio B. Chan Memorial Agricultural and Industrial School.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act, which originated in the House of Representative was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on March 6, 2002 and August 7, 2002 respectively.
