REPUBLIC ACT No. 5403

An Act Changing the Name of Barrio No. 1 Caoayan, Municipality of Batac, Province of Ilocos Norte, to Barrio Hilario Valdez

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The name Barrio No. 1, Caoayan, Municipality of Batac, Province of Ilocos Norte, is hereby changed to Barrio Hilario Valdez.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
