REPUBLIC ACT No. 4640

An Act Authorizing the People’s Homesite and Housing Corporation to Acquire that Certain Parcel of Land in Barrio Pansol, Quezon City, Owned by the National Waterworks and Sewerage Authority to be Subdivided and Sold to Bona Fide Occupants Thereof

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The People’s Homesite and Housing Corporation is hereby authorized to acquire that certain parcel of land situated in Barrio Pansol, Quezon City, owned by the National Waterworks and Sewerage Authority, and subdivide the same into lots which shall be sold to bona fide occupants thereof.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
