REPUBLIC ACT No. 4264

An Act Changing the Name of North General Hospital to Dr. Jose R. Reyes Memorial Hospital

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The North General Hospital shall hereafter be known as Dr. Jose R. Reyes Memorial Hospital.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
