REPUBLIC ACT No. 4087

An Act Appropriating Fifty Thousand Pesos to Defray the Expenses Incurred in Connection with the State Funeral for Emilio Aguinaldo and for the Erection of a Mausoleum to Contain His Remains

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The sum of fifty thousand pesos, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to defray the expenses of a state funeral for Emilio Aguinaldo, President of the first Philippine Republic, and for the erection of a mausoleum to contain the remains of the great leader.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
