REPUBLIC ACT No. 2765

An Act to Amend Item (a), Group I, Subparagraph (47), for the Province of Sorsogon, Page 118, Paragraph F, Section Two of Republic Act Numbered Sixteen Hundred Thirteen

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. Item (a), Group I, subparagraph (47), for the Province of Sorsogon, page 118, paragraph f, Section two of Republic Act Numbered Sixteen hundred thirteen is amended to read as follows:

"(a) Gubat Public Market—Purchase and improvement of additional site, including construction of market tiendas ₱50,000,00"

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
