An Act Amending Item (e), Under (17) Cebu, Subsection f, and Item Ten, Under Cebu, Subsection g, Section Two of Republic Act Numbered Sixteen Hundred and Thirteen
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. Item (e), under (17) Cebu, group III, subsection f, section two of Republic Act Numbered Sixteen hundred and thirteen, is amended to read as follows:
| "(e) Tabunoc Primary School building TalisayConstruction of one additional room | ₱6,000.00" |
Section 2. Item ten, under Cebu, subsection g, section two of the same Act, is amended to read as follows:
| "10. Central-upland Elementary School Building, CarcarRepair, improvement and painting |
2,500.00 |
| "10-a. Home Economics building, CarcarRepair, improvement and painting |
2,500.00" |
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
