An Act Amending Item One, Subparagraph I, Under Provincial Capitols, Paragraph Four, Section One of Republic Act Numbered Twelve Hundred
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. Item one, subparagraph i, paragraph four, section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred, is amended to read as follows:
| "1. Nueva Vizcaya Provincial Capitolย(1) Construction of Annex to Office of Provincial Governor | ₱5,000.00." |
Section 2. Insert the following item as Item seven, subparagraph am, paragraph four, section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred to compensate for the deletion in the preceding section:
| "(7) Diffun Municipal Town HallยConstruction | ₱10,000.00." |
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
