REPUBLIC ACT No. 1261

An Act Changing the Name of the Municipality of Oteiza, Province of Surigao, to Marihatag

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The name of the Municipality of Oteiza in the Province of Surigao is hereby changed to Marihatag.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
