REPUBLIC ACT No. 1042

An Act to Create the Barrio of Badong in the Municipality of Tago, Province of Surigao

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The sitio in Badong in the municipality of Tago, Province of Surigao, is hereby constituted into a barrio in the said municipality to be known as the barrio of Badong.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
