[ Commonwealth Act No. 364, August 23, 1938 ]
AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION THREE OF ACT NUMBERED THREE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY-TWO, AS AMENDED’ BY SECTION TWO OF ACT NUMBERED FOUR THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SIXTY-ONE OF THE PHILIPPINE LEGISLATURE, KNOWN AS THE CITY LOWLAND IMPROVEMENT ACT.
Be it enacted by the National Assembly of the Philippines:
Section 1. Section three of Act Numbered Thirty-three hundred and fifty-two, as amended by section two of Act Numbered Forty-two hundred and sixty-one of the Philippine Legislature, known as the City Lowland Improvement Act, is repealed.
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
