[ Act No. 3256, December 03, 1925 ]

AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION ONE, SUBSECTION (X), ITEM FIVE, OF ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-TWO HUNDRED AND THIRTEEN

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in
Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:

Section 1. Section one, subsection (x), item five, of Act Numbered Thirty-two hundred and thirteen, known as the Public Works Act of nineteen hundred and twenty-five, is hereby amended to read as follows:

"5. For the maintenance and improvement of Capiz port works and wharf, Province of Capiz………………………………………………………….. P30,000.00"

Section 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
