REPUBLIC ACT No. 4005

An Act to Change the Name of Caridad Elementary School in the City of Cavite to Ladislao Diwa Elementary School

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The name of Caridad Elementary School in the City of Cavite is hereby changed to Ladislao Diwa Elementary School.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
