[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5988, August 04, 1969 ]

AN ACT AMENDING PARAGRAPH 29.15, CHAPTER 29, SCHEDULE VI OF SECTION ONE HUNDRED FOUR OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED NINETEEN HUNDRED THIRTY-SEVEN, KNOWN AS THE TARIFF AND CUSTOMS CODE OF THE PHILIPPINES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. Paragraph 29.15, Chapter 29, Schedule VI of Section one hundred four of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred thirty-seven is hereby amended to read as follows;

“29.15 Polyacids and their anhydrides, acid halides, acid peroxides and peracids, and their halogenated, sulphonated, nitrated, or nitrosated derivatives:

a. Phthalate plasticizers, esters of phthalic anhydride	n.w. kg. ₱1.00
	or ad val. 75%
b. Phosphate plasticizers, esters of phosphorous oxychloride	n.w. kg. P1.00
	or ad val. 75%
c. Sebacates, adipates, and azelates, esters of sebacic, adipic, and azelaic acids	n.w. kg. ₱1.00
	or ad val. 75%
d. Epoxidized oils, esters of epoxidized oils	n.w. kg. ₱1.00
	or ad val. 75%
e. Mixtures containing alkyl phthalates	n.w. kg. ₱1.00
	or ad val. 75%
f. Other	ad val. 40%”
